Mogadishu, Somalia - A transformative 5-Day Training of Trainers (ToTs) training recently concluded in Mogadishu Somalia, marking a significant milestone in the country's journey towards strengthening food systems resilience. The training focused on the District Investment Plan for the Federal Government of Somalia and Member States, aiming to enhance the capacity of key stakeholders in developing and implementing effective investment plans for sustainable agriculture and food systems.
The ToTs program was organized as part of the Somalia Food Systems Resilience Project, generously funded by the World Bank. It brought together a diverse group of participants, including government officials from FGS and FMS such as Hirshabelle, Galmudug, Southwest and Juballand States.
