Somalia's Food Systems Resilience Project Launches Seed Distribution Initiative
The Somalia Food Systems Resilience Project (FSRP), in collaboration with the Federal Member States of Jubbaland, Southwest, and HirShabelle, has initiated a large-scale distribution of irrigation-certified seeds to farming communities residing along the riverine areas of Jubba and Shabelle.

Mahado Alas, a Somali pastoralist, had her goats vaccinated and treated through a nationwide campaign by the Ministry of Livestock, Forestry and Range, with the support of Somalia Food Systems Resilience Project. This helped keep her herd healthy and productive.
